Need For Knife Rights Canada

I’d like to make a call for assistance in forming an organization similar to Knife Rights in the US.

Our Canadian knife laws are ambiguous, out of date and restrict law abiding citizens who have an interest in collecting and using folding knives. Not only does this limit our ability to buy and sell certain varieties of folding knives, it also limits our ability to manufacture and export, ultimately effecting both personal enjoyment and our economy.

Our rights can’t be taken for granted. It is likely at some point our government will try and pass further legislation restricting currently available knives and tools.

If you have any applicable skills you can contribute, particularly legal or political experience, please contact Andrew at edgeobserver@gmail.com to discuss the possibilities of forming Knife Rights Canada.

There have been a lot of requests for and questions about the music used in the videos lately. Since July, 2011 all of the tracks in the overviews has been produced in house in order to maintain full copyright.

In response to subscribers of the Youtube channel asking if the music is available for download, The Edge Observer has started a Soundcloud account.

The songs listed are downloadable and open for use with a royalty free attribution and non-commercial license. This only means if you use a song, please credit The Edge Observer and link to www.edgeobserver.com Additional licensing is required if you plan on using these for a business or product.

I hope you like what you find there and can put some of our audio tracks to use in your own youtube videos.
